Tulsi for metabolic syndrome, PCOS, heart disease, and good vibes

I have a powerful new addition to my dried herb dispensary today.

Ocimum tenuiflorum

Tulsi: Otherwise known as holy basil, has long been treasured as a sacred herb of Hinduism. Well known for its calming effects , there is some indication tulsi can help lower blood pressure and cholesterol and also assist to lower blood sugar. Tulsi tea is a wonderful dietary addition for those who may be diabetic, healing metabolic syndrome, diabetes or polycystic ovarian syndrome . Tulsi is best known for its adaptogenic properties. This means it helps your body adapt and thrive during times of stress. It's also anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.

Traditionally used for respiratory conditions and malaria, Tulsi is believed to purify surroundings and protect from evil, so you can use as a smudge instead of sage. I love the energy of this plant.

Add some tulsi to your tea to raise your vibration.

I make up personalised tea blends for your individual needs, and can post out anywhere in Australia or you can pick up in South Fremantle.
